ULTRASONIC Series

The ULTRASONIC Series enlarges your machinable material range to the widest in the complete DMG MORI portfolio. The ULTRASONIC-technology allows an economical grinding, milling and drilling of hard and brittle Advanced Materials, hard to machine super alloys and composite materials with up to 50% reduced process forces.

ULTRASONIC Portal machines

The 5-axis ULTRASONIC machines in highly stable portal / gantry design combine the machining of large workpieces with maximum dynamics. Operators of various industries like model making, automotive and aerospace industry as well as in the energy sector benefit from this. Thanks to 5-axis machining with up to 30,000 rpm, even complex and very heavy parts can be processed economically.
