The ULTRASONIC Series enlarges your machinable material range to the widest in the complete DMG MORI portfolio. The ULTRASONIC-technology allows an economical grinding, milling and drilling of hard and brittle Advanced Materials, hard to machine super alloys and composite materials with up to 50% reduced process forces.

ULTRASONIC eVo machining centers

The ULTRASONIC machining centers of the eVo series offer high dynamic 5-axes simultaneous machining up to Mill-Turn operations. The optimized gantry design combines highest rigidity with low space requirement and optimal accessibility to the working area. The dynamic version with linear drives in the X- and Y-axis allows rapid traverses up to 3150 ipm. and is therefore particularly suitable for the economic production
